Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner*in für unsere grosszügige 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im obersten (7.) Stock in der Luzerner Neustadt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² gross, sehr hell und sonnig gelegen. Es verfügt über ein grosses Fenster mit schöner Aussicht auf die Alpen sowie über einen praktischen Einbauschrank. Zusätzlich hast du direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon – perfekt zum Entspannen nach Feierabend.
Die Wohnung bietet viel Raum zum Leben und Wohlfühlen: alle Gemeinschaftsräume sind vollständig möbliert (ausser das WG-Zimmer), grosse, moderne und voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer für ausreichend Privatsphäre, wigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler, grosse Terrasse, die um die Wohnung herumführt, mit Blick auf Rigi und Pilatus, estrichabteil bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Die Lage ist top: direkt an der Bushaltestelle, 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe
Wir sind eine offene, unkomplizierte und ordentliche WG, die gerne gemeinsam lacht, aber auch den persönlichen Freiraum respektiert. Da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin kurzfristig aus privaten Gründen auszieht, suchen Ilaria (42) und Veli (28) eine passende Nachfolge. Ilaria arbeitet im Eventmanagement, liebt Sportwettkämpfe und authentische italienische Küche und ist oft auf Reisen. Veli ist Physiotherapeut, sportlich aktiv und geht gern mal ins Gym oder mit Freunden aus.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du schon bald einziehen könntest – zum Beispiel per 1. August. Das Einzugsdatum ist aber flexibel und kann besprochen werden.

Bright Room with Balcony in Central Lucerne – Available from August 1 or by Agreement
We’re looking for a new roommate to join our spacious 4.5-room apartment on the top (7th) floor in the heart of Lucerne’s Neustadt.

The room is approx. 12 m², bright and sunny. It comes with a built-in wardrobe and has direct access to a balcony – perfect for relaxing after a long day.
In the Apartment there’s plenty of space to feel at home: fully furnished shared spaces (except the bedroom), large, modern, and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms for enough privacy, washing machine and dryer, a big wraparound terrace with views of Mount Rigi and Pilatus, additional storage space in the attic.
The location is top: Bus stop right outside the building; 15-minute walk to the main station; Shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants just around the corner
We are friendly, open, and tidy roommates who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's privacy. As our lovely roommate is moving out on short notice for personal reasons, Ilaria (42) and Veli (28) are now looking for someone new to join. Ilaria works in event management, loves sports events and authentic Italian food, and is often travelling. Veli is a Dutch physiotherapist who enjoys working out and occasionally going out with friends.
We’d love for you to move in soon – ideally by August 1, but the move-in date is flexible.
