Wir suchen eine_n neue_n Mitbewohner/in für unsere grosszügige 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im obersten (7.) Stock der Luzerner Neustadt. Befriestet von 15./30. März bis Ende Mai.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 gross, sehr hell und sonnig, mit einem grossen Fenster und schöner Aussicht auf die Alpen. Es ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank und Kommode.
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz zum Leben und Wohlfühlen:
\-Alle Gemeinschaftsräume sind vollständig möbliert (ausser das WG-Zimmer)
\-Grosse, moderne und voll ausgestattete Küche
\-Zwei Badezimmer sorgen für genügend Privatsphäre
\-Eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler – keine Waschküchenpflicht
\-Grosse Terrasse rund um die Wohnung mit Blick auf Rigi und Pilatus

Top Lage: direkt an der Bushaltestelle, 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir – Penny (22) und Veli (28, Physiotherapeut) – sind eine offene, unkomplizierte und ordentliche WG. Wir kochen gerne, treiben Sport und achten darauf, dass die Wohnung gepflegt bleibt. Tiere lieben wir, aber leider sind in der Wohnung keine erlaubt.
Das Zimmer wird befristet von Ende März bis Ende Mai vermietet.

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our spacious 4.5-room apartment on the top (7th) floor in the heart of Luzern’s Neustadt district.
The room is about 12 m2, bright and sunny, with a large window offering a beautiful view of the Alps. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
The apartment offers plenty of space to live and feel at home:
\- All common areas are fully furnished (except the room)
\- Large, modern, and fully equipped kitchen
\-Two bathrooms for enough privacy
\-Own washing machine and dryer – no shared laundry room needed
\-Large terrace running around the apartment with views of Rigi and Pilatus
\-Additional storage space in the attic
Great location: directly next to a bus stop, 15 minutes’ walk to the main station, and close to shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.
We – Penny (22) and Veli (28, physiotherapist) – are open-minded, easy-going, and tidy flatmates. We enjoy cooking, sports, and keeping our home cozy and clean. We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The room is available from End of March to end of May.
