I am looking to sublet my room from 31-1-2026 until 28-02-2026 :).
The room is located in front of the busstop hofstrasse, and a 4 minute walk from Kirche Fluntern where there also is a Coop.

The room is in a student residence called 'betahouse' and is very close to UZH/ETH (a 15 minute walk, or 2 tram stops).

In the room you have a double bed (160x200cm), a sink, and a fridge. You share the kitchen with the rest of the floor, it has a dishwasher, oven and stoves, you also get your own cabinet for storing foods, and the bathrooms are also shared.
There is also a washer and dryer that you can use for free!
