Looking for a place in Zurich for 3-4 months?
Finding it tough to find somewhere? Particularly somewhere affordable for this period of time?
I'm subleasing my one-person apartment at the Beta House student housing (Bergstrasse 53, 8032 Zurich).
It is available from 24th October 2025 until 28th February 2026.
It’s a one-bedroom apartment that is part of a really nice community of mostly ETH masters students, and includes gym access, social areas, multiple kitchens, and shared bathroom facilities.
My room is a Smart Share (which normally costs 999 CHF per month), but I'll be offering it for a discounted rate of 800–900 CHF per month.
I can include bedding etc. if that makes it easier for your stay here in Zurich – duvet, nice pillows, rugs, etc.

Note: This is how it will be handed over (clean and laid out) – it is my roommate’s apartment. I can send a video of the room before cleaning, which includes some furniture and personal items not included.
My apartment is on the parallel side of the building, but with an identical layout.

Ich untervermiete mein Einpersonen-Apartment im Beta House Studentenwohnheim (Bergstrasse 53, 8032 Zuerich).
Verfuegbar vom 24. Oktober 2025 bis zum 28. Februar 2026.
Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in einer sehr netten Community, ueberwiegend ETH-Masterstudierende. Inklusive Zugang zum Fitnessraum, Gemeinschaftsbereichen, mehreren Kuechen und gemeinsamen Badezimmern.
Mein Zimmer ist ein Smart Share (normalerweise 999 CHF/Monat), ich biete es jedoch verguenstigt fuer 800–900 CHF/Monat an.
Ich kann Bettwaesche usw. bereitstellen, wenn dir das den Aufenthalt in Zuerich erleichtert – Duvet, bequeme Kissen, Teppiche usw.

Hinweis: So wird es uebergeben (sauber und aufgeraeumt) – es ist die Wohnung meines Mitbewohners oder meiner Mitbewohnerin. Ich sende dir ein Video des Zimmers vor der Reinigung; darauf sind einige Moebel und persoenliche Gegenstaende zu sehen, die nicht enthalten sind.
Meine Wohnung liegt auf der parallelen Seite des Gebaeudes, hat jedoch denselben Grundriss.

C’est un studio (1 piece) faisant partie d’une communaute tres sympa, principalement des etudiants en master a l’ETH. L’immeuble comprend acces a la salle de sport, espaces communs, plusieurs cuisines et salles de bain partagees.
Ma chambre est un Smart Share (habituellement 999 CHF/mois), mais je la propose a tarif reduit : 800–900 CHF/mois.
Je peux fournir la literie si besoin pour faciliter votre sejour a Zurich – duvet, bons oreillers, tapis, etc.

Remarque : voici l’etat dans lequel ce sera remis (propre et range) – c’est l’appartement de mon ou ma colocataire. J’enverrai une video de la chambre avant le nettoyage, ou l’on voit quelques meubles et effets personnels non inclus.
Mon appartement est situe de l’autre cote parallele du batiment, mais avec un plan identique.
