I’m Benny, 28/M and I’ve just found a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Zurich Affoltern with a cozy living room, a renovated kitchen, and a small balcony. The place is bright, calm, pretty cozy, and well-connected by public transport (Zehntenhausplatz 6 min walk) – perfect for creating a comfortable home together.

I’m now looking for a flatmate who’s cheerful, lively, clean, and enjoys a friendly and relaxed home atmosphere. Someone who values shared moments (like cooking, chatting after work, or watching a film together). Smoking is a no-go. If you like being in bed by 22:00 or a fully quiet apartment, we might not be an ideal match.

A bit about me: I’ve lived in Zürich for four years, love good food, hikes, occasional danced parties and spontaneous evenings with music/movies/ board games or friends. I like keeping the apartment tidy and cozy, and I’m always up for good conversation or the occasional wine/tea night.

The flat is unfurnished, but I already have some kitchen gear to get us started. This also gives us the opportunity to pick the flat style we’d like. Move-in would be from November 1 (a bit earlier should be possible), rent around 650 Fr (inc. room heating exc. internet and electricity) and we can make the place feel like home together.
