About the Apartment
This bright and spacious 3.0-room apartment (approx. 83 m²) is located in a modern and energy-efficient building in a quiet residential area. The apartment features a large open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious hallway, and in-unit laundry (washer and dryer). The building was newly constructed and offers a clean, high-quality standard of living.

You’d be renting a private room that comes with its own loggia. The shared areas (living room and kitchen) are bright, modern, and already furnished. Your room is unfurnished, so you can set it up to your own taste.

A floor plan is available, and your future room is marked in red.

Location & Surroundings
The apartment is located in Zürich-Altstetten, a calm and green district that’s still very well connected:
- 10-minute walk to Zürich-Altstetten train station (Only 5 minutes to Zürich HB)
- Shops within walking distance: Migros, Coop, Denner, and even Alnatura
- Close to nature — great for walking, jogging, or swimming in the Limmat
- Gyms, cafés, and takeaways also nearby

It’s the perfect mix of quiet and convenience — ideal if you like to be close to the city without the constant noise.

About Me
As I mentioned, I’m Natalie (27), and I moved to Zürich in January for work. I’m easy-going, social, and always up for a laugh, but I also value personal space and a relaxed home environment. I’m usually out and about, whether it’s hiking, biking, playing football, going for a swim in the Limmat or just enjoying time with friends.
I love to do fun things on the weekend and keep active, but I also enjoy chilled evenings at home. I’d really like to share the flat with someone who is also respectful, communicative, and open-minded — someone who enjoys living in a clean and cozy space and maybe also likes to chat over a coffee or glass of wine now and then.

Ren and Costs
Brutto rent: 2'000 CHF per month (incl. utilities)
The room is available from 01.06.2025 (indefinite contract - no fixed term)
