Das möblierte Zimmer (Bett, Bettdecke, Kopfkissen, Schrank, Tischlampe und Stuhl) hat ca. 18 m².

Die Wohnung liegt in Aesch (Baselland) und ist mit dem Zug nur ca. 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof SBB entfernt.

3 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Aesch
5 Gehminuten zur Tramhaltestelle Aesch Dorf
2 Minuten zum Denner, 5 Minuten zu Migros & Coop
10 Minuten bis zur Klus (Ein idyllisches Naherholungsgebiet mit Reben und Spazierwegen, perfekt zum Abschalten in der Natur)

Ausstattung der Wohnung:
Küche: Geschirrspüler, Backofen und diverse Küchengeräte (Airfryer, Küchenmaschine, Mixer)
Garten: Mitbenutzung mit einer anderen Partei – ideal zum Grillen, Chillen (Grill, Lounge etc. vorhanden) oder sogar Eisbaden (Tonne vorhanden)
Waschküche: Mitbenutzung mit einer anderen Partei
Wohnzimmer: Playstation (mit verschiedenen Spielen), 3 Sonos-Boxen und ein Netflix-Abo zur Mitbenutzung

Miete: 800 CHF / Monat

Zu mir:
Ich bin Teilzeitstudent (bis Ende Jahr), arbeite in Zürich und studiere in Olten. In meiner Freizeit bin ich sportlich aktiv.

Ich freue mich auf einen Mitbewohnerin, die/der unkompliziert ist, auch mal Lust auf gemeinsame Abende hat aber Privatsphäre genauso respektiert.

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join our shared apartment (WG).

The furnished room (bed, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, desk lamp, and chair) is about 18 m².

Location:
The apartment is located in Aesch (Baselland) and is only about 15 minutes by train from Basel SBB.
3 minutes on foot to Aesch train station
5 minutes to the Aesch Dorf tram stop
2 minutes to Denner, 5 minutes to Migros & Coop
10 minutes to the Klus – a beautiful local recreation area with vineyards and walking paths, perfect for relaxing in nature

Apartment features:
Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, and various kitchen appliances (air fryer, food processor, blender)
Garden: Shared with another party – perfect for BBQs, chilling (grill, lounge, etc. available), or even cold plunges (tub available)

I’m a part-time student (until the end of the year), working in Zurich and studying in Olten. In my free time, I’m very active and enjoy sports. I’m looking for a flatmate who is easy-going, enjoys the occasional shared evening, but also respects each other’s privacy.
