Sonniges WG-Zimmer (13m2) in Ennetbaden

**Mitbewohnerinnen:** Martina (32, Forscherin) und Monica (34, Kauffrau), suchen per 01. Mai 2026 eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn. Wir sind eine unkomplizierte WG, wobei uns ein guter Umgang miteinander wichtig ist. So kommt es auch mal vor, dass wir zusammen ein Nachtessen geniessen oder gemeinsam in der Stadt unterwegs sind.

**Lage:** Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ennetbaden direkt neben der Schiefen Brücke. Die Lage ist optimal, zum Bahnhof Baden hat man knappe 10 Minuten zu Fuss wo sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi befinden. Die Altstadt ist direkt neben dem Bahnhof wo es weitere Läden sowie diverse Restaurants und Bars hat. Die Limmat hat man praktisch vor der Haustüre, es gibt diverse Spazier- und Joggingmöglichkeiten an der Limmat aber auch der Wald ist gut erreichbar und ein super Erholungsgebiet.

**Zimmer:** Dein Zimmer ist 13m2 gross und hat eine grosse Fensterfront mit Abendsonne. Weiter hat das Zimmer direkten Zugang zum gemeinsam genützten Balkon. Die Wohnung ist modern und verfügt über 2 Badezimmer ("dein" Badezimmer wird zu zweit geteilt), gemeinsame Küche und Esszimmer sowie Balkon, Kellerabteil, Veloraum. Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind in der Wohnung. Bei Bedarf kann ein Garagenplatz dazu gemietet werden.
Allenfalls überlässt die Vormieterin ein paar Möbelstücke die übernehmen werden könnten.

**Roommates:** Martina (32, Researcher) and Monica (34, office clerk) are looking for a new roommate as of 01 of Mai 2026. We are an uncomplicated flat-sharing community and a good relationship with each other is important to us. Therefore, it happens that we sometimes share a meal together or enjoy a night out in the town.

**Location:** The apartment is located in Ennetbaden directly next to the “Schiefe Brücke”. The location is ideal, to the train station in Baden it is a 10 minutes walk only where there are various shopping facilities such as Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi. The old town is right next to the station with many more stores and various restaurants and bars. The Limmat is basically just in front of our flat, there are various walking and jogging opportunities next to the Limmat but also the forest is easily accessible with a great recreational area.

**Room:** Your room is 13m2 in size and has a large window front with evening sun. Further the room has direct access to the shared balcony. The apartment is modern and has 2 bathrooms ("your" bathroom will be shared by two people), common kitchen and dining room as well as balcony, cellar compartment, bike room. Washing machine and dryer are in the apartment. If needed, a parking space can be rented in addition.
The previous tenant may leave behind a few pieces of furniture that could be taken over.
