It has a door out to the conservatory, patio and swimming pool.
Approx. 13m private plus 70m shared area, the entire apartment is about 160m including the winter garden (conservatory) with a swimming pool as well as a game room for billiards and private partys.
The pool and game room are exclusively for our apartment.
There's bike storage in the basement, as well as our private washer and dryer downstairs, which is available 24x7.

Cats would be welcome (there's 2 already), but no dogs please.
Rent is 1000 CHF, including utilities (Internet, Netflix, power, water).
We are not vegetarians, but avoid eating meat. We keep the shared areas tidy, especially the kitchen.
