La grande chambre meublée de 19m² offre une vue sur le jardin et tout le confort nécessaire. Elle dispose d’un grand placard/dressing, de son espace bureau, de sa salle de douche / WC privative en suite.

Les services suivants complètent l’offre de colocation : électricité / eau chaude / chauffage / alarme / wifi inclus. Pas d’abonnement à souscrire, il suffit de poser ses valises. Parking à vélo couvert disponible dans la résidence.
