_The duplex apartment_



* The flat is located in a quiet street next to Letten and close to Limmatplatz
* The apartment was just renovated 2 years ago.
* It has ⁠2 floors and a kitchen island, which is amazing for cooking & hosting. Great and unique feature is the air conditioner for those lovely hot summer days. Besides, a dish washer, and our own personal washing machine & tumbler are included
* 96 m² living area and 80 m² private terrasse with a view on the limmat and graffiti art. The terrasse is honestly the highlight!
* No smokers, no couples, no pets


_The room_

The room to take over from my flatmate is the biggest one 16.7 m² and has a 2.5 m² cosy private balcony The cost for the room is 2480.-. Internet is approximately extra 20.- / month & electricity is to be paid separately.


_Furniture_

Some furniture of the bedroom can be taken over from my flatmate (for example an awesome closet already fully installed and equipped)
For the remainder of the furniture we can agree on a monthly flat fee or you can buy the furniture currently owned by my flatmate or bring some of your own.


Accessibility & extra's

The flat is located on the 5th floor and can be accessed with an elevator. In addition, there is also a private cellar which is easy for storage of some items as well as a cellar to store bikes. Renting a parking spot seperately is also possible within the building parking if needed.


About me :)

As you would be sharing the flat with me, here some information about myself. I am 32 years old, and have a Belgian/Spanish background. I completed university in Belgium and started working in consulting. I have spent a good time traveling for work in Asia, Europe, and America and lived abroad as a teenager. I love to get to know different people, cultures, and cuisines. Fluently speak English, Dutch, French, conversational in Spanish, and trying to work on my basics in German.

I really value clean shared spaces (e.g., kitchen, bathroom) and being mindful about noise in the night and early morning. I am a very clean, organized, open, adventurous, and happy person who loves spending time outdoors & travelling. However, I also need some time alone to recharge and like to keep a peaceful environment at home. Avid pursuer of experiences (looking forward to a week of learning kitesurf in september), listener of podcasts (such as Diary of a CEO), book worm (trying to read in Spanish at the moment) and food lover.
