Cozy WOKO Room in Stettbach: From 1 April
We are looking for someone to take over a WOKO room in Stettbach from 1 April. To qualify, you must meet the WOKO criteria:
be under 28 years old
and enrolled at a university (e.g. UZH, ETH, etc.). PhDs would also qualify for the room but for them the rent is 790 CHF.

The apartment is quite spacious, with a separate dining room and living room. From the flat it takes about 15 minutes to reach Zürich HB, and Stettbach station is just 3 minutes away. Tram line 12 goes directly to the airport, and there is also a direct bus connection to IKEA. Aldi is 1 minutes away, and there is a Migros about 3-4 minutes on foot. A nearby forest with a stream offers a lovely walking route, and there is a grilling spot along the way, super handy in summer.

You would be living with two amazing Master’s students (both male): one studying quantum physics and the other anthropology. Everyone in the flat is very respectful, uncomplicated, and there is friendly vibe in the apartment.

Along with the room, you would need to take over the furniture for 1000 CHF (sturdy bed, large cupboard, bedside table, study desk, and three racks). In addition to the rent, you will pay about 20 CHF per month for the internet.

PS: There is a projector in the apartment, and we sometimes watch movies together.There is also a ping-pong table on our floor if you are into that.
