A room for sublet or rent long-term

As I am about to move out, I am looking for someone to sublet my room til my contract expires (End of February 2026). There is a possibility to take over the rent fully at the end.
It is a 3-people WG. The other flatmates are young professionals (both 27 years old, woman and man). Both friendly, enjoying sports a lot. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful in need. The neighbourhood is rather peaceful, so you can get a good night sleep.
The location is perfect - 13 minutes to Zürich hb by train, 5 minutes to the airport by tram and 18 by walk. There are multiple bus stops around as well.
