About the room : 14m2 bright room, currently with one 120x200 bed inside which can be removed if not needed.

About the apartment and the building : 75m2 bright, cozy and warm apartment, privately owned, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a balcony in the kitchen, offering a cute view at night. A fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. Currently in the process of furnishing the living room. Basement available, but we'll have to organize some space there for storage. Washing machine and tumbler are available for the whole building, with a schedule to follow.

About the main tenant : 28 year old woman, freshly moved in. Into concerts, art, fashion, fleamarkets, teas, books, movies, languages, bikes, outdoor raves, and maaany more.

Currently looking for a future (flat)friend - a person with whom I am not only co-living but also occasionally doing stuff together like cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, art & furniture hunting, or any other events&/activities that we both enjoy doing.
