We’re an international mix (28f, 36f, 24m) who enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home. We value a clean and quiet living environment, and we’re happy to hang out or chat when we’re around but also value personal space. We also share the flat with a friendly, well-behaved cat 🐱.

🏠 About the room/flat
• Rent: CHF 1,200 per month (incl. utilities & Serafe)
• Deposit: CHF 2,400
• Available from: 1st December (flexible)
• The room: bright and furnished with lake view (The furniture can be remove)
• Amenities: Wi-Fi (10 chf per month extra) , dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cellar, shared balcony , spacious common living area
• Bonus: rooftop terrace with a beautiful lake view 🌅
• Temporary till march 2027 (!!)

Someone clean and tidy, respectful, and active in life, ideally between 23–33 years old.
