\- Kellerabteil, optionaler Parkplatz (CHF 180 pro Monat)
\- Bahnhof Manegg in 7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar, ZH HB in 10min


Das freie Zimmer:

\- ca. 12 m2, hell, mit Terrassenzugang
\- unmöbliert, die Wohnung selbst ist schon eingerichtet (verhandelbar)


Zu mir & meinem Vierbeiner:

Ich bin ordentlich, mag es gemütlich, bin gerne am Wandern, Stricken oder Töpfern. Ich teile mein Zuhause ca. zur Hälfte mit meiner Dalmatinerhündin (2,5 Jahre alt). Sie ist ruhig und freundlich.
