Hello room-searching people out there! We are looking for a nice new flatmate (preferably male for gender balance) in our amazing two-floor flat in Zurich city. The apartment is only a 1min walk from the lake (the absolute best thing in summer!) and close to Rentenwiese and Bürkliplatz.

We are a spaceship engineer, a tourism expert, a lawyer, and a neuroscientist who love to hang out together and just enjoy life. We are pretty international (1 Spanish, 2 Germans, 1 French; 28-33 years; 3f, 1m) and speak many languages, but mainly communicate in English.

Things that n people (n >= 1) like to do in this flat: hiking, skiing and ski touring, cultural events, kite surfing, running, painting, crafting, sailing, swimming, shaping the globe, biking downhill, biking in any direction;), rowing, dancing (at different levels of competence...;P), Yoga, surfing, SUPing, board games, design, discussing the answer of life the universe and everything, cooking, creating rum infusions, consuming the rum infusions that the other person created, taking random workshops to learn new things, movies, reading, ...etc. I guess you will find a few things in common with us!! :)

We like to hang out together, now and then cook together, sometimes do sports together, talk, watch movies with our projector, go out, have BBQs, and many more things.

Besides those awesome individuals you could live with, the apartment is actually also really nice. It has 7 rooms on two floors with 2 bathrooms, a big living room, a big balcony/roof terrace, a home office/dining room with a huge table, several tiny hidden rooms, a kitchen with another table and dishwasher, our own washing machine, dryer...

Your room is very bright and has 20sqm and a high ceiling (which the person before you used to store his boards :D). The price of 1174CHF includes everything except for the cleaning lady (which will be around another 80 CHF a month). It is possible to take over some of the furniture if you want to.

The move-in date is negotiable, but optimally around the 1st of September.
