I am looking for a new flatmate for a short period (period can be extended), to join my cozy 3.5-room apartment in Altstetten, close to bus station Letzibach.

• ca. 14 m² half-furnished room
• Altstetten Bahnhof 5 min walking
• Bus 31 stop (Letzibach) just 2 min walking
• Tram no.2 and bus lines 83 & 89 just 4 min walking
• Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment
• Aldi is just 2 min away

Costs:
I am just splitting all the costs in 2:
• Rent CHF 1190/month
• Electricity CHF 20/month
• Internet CHF 15/month
• Cleaning lady for shared spaces every second week CHF 60/month

1285 CHF/month


When:
The room is free at the moment and I am looking for a person till the end of October/November (Possible extention)

Me:
I am 40ish, engineer, easygoing person, I keep myself busy with sports, travelling, meeting friends but sometimes I like to enjoy my couch. I speak Italian, German, English, and Spanish.
There are no rules in the house and I will respect your spaces, communication is important to me.
