Large Room(s) Available Wollishofen: Great Location Near Tram 7

I’m renting out one (possibly two) rooms in a large, bright 4.5-room apartment in Wollishofen. The flat is a few minutes’ walk from Tram 7 (and various busses) and within about 15 minutes walking (or few mins cycling) distance to the lake. Cycling into the city centre is extremely quick. There are a large variety of stores including grocery (Aldi, Coop, Migros, Denner, Voi) which is convenient.

The apartment has a spacious living room, balcony with nice grass/trees out the back. There is decent sized hallway with storage, kitchen, and bathroom with two sinks. Included in the price is ultra fast fibre internet etc. There is some storage in the basement.

The room(s) are bright and quiet.

About me: mid-30s, relaxed, tidy, and easy to live with. I enjoy a relaxed home environment where everyone is happy and welcome. Down to to share a drink and a meal and have a chat but also respect privacy. Looking for someone similarly easy-going who values a clean and drama-free flat.

I’m currently buying some new furniture (new dining table, lamps, etc.) so should be pretty comfy. One of the rooms has a bed in it already which you're welcome to, but no pressure can also dispose of.
