I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate's room in our 3.5-room shared apartment from
November 1st (or sooner)
. You'll be a
co-main tenant
, so it's a proper flatshare setup. The room is spacious and
unfurnished
, and I'm currently in the process of
furnishing the living room
(so there's still room to make it feel like home together!).
The flat is in a

2-minute walk from Albisriederplatz
, close to trams, cafes, and everything you need.


A bit about me:

I'm Rory, 29, from Ireland. I'm an engineer and have been living and working in Zurich for almost three years. I'm easy-going, tidy, and respectful. I love the outdoors (hiking, biking, lake days, etc.) and I'm always up for a chat, a shared meal, or a beer now and then, but also enjoy some quiet downtime at home.


Who I'm looking for:

Someone friendly, relaxed, and tidy who appreciates a chill, respectful flatshare vibe.

To keep the rental agency happy, you'll need to:

* Have a B/C permit/Swiss citizen
* Earn at least 3x the rent per month
