Large and bright room (14m²) in Bäretswil. I rent this room, we are currently two girls and a cat. The room is delivered with other furniture, wardrobe, dresser and desk. It could also be delivered empty.
It has a washing machine and dryer for private use

Wetzikon 10 minutes by public transport, Zurich 45 minutes.

Nebenkosten are not included, the bill arrives every 3 months and will be divided among 3 people.
We are looking for someone clean, calm and respectful and who speaks English or Spanish.
The room would be ready to enter on 01.05.
