This is an ideal spot for those who appreciate peace and nature, with great walking areas just 3 minutes away, the serene Friedhof Manegg within a 15-minute walk, and the lake a comfortable 15-minute stroll. For the tennis enthusiast, Tennisclub Seeblick is only a 10-minute walk. If you've been interested in learning pottery I've been going to a local studio, She Ceramics, 10 minutes away.

Daily conveniences are at your doorstep with a Migros 2 minutes away and larger supermarkets easily accessible. Commuting is a breeze with a nearby bus to Bahnhof Wollishofen (connecting to Zurich HB/Wiedikon) and tram 7 just a 6-minute walk away.

I couldn't recommend this place more and I'll be sad to leave!
