You would be joining four fun people in our five-person house. We all love to share our tastes for great food and amazing music! As a WG, we offer a lot of space and share a living room, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a cellar including a laundry room and a music room, a terrace and a lovely garden. The ground floor is about 100m2, and the basement shares a similar area where the washing machine, tumbler and cellar are located. There is also an extra storage room in the garage for bikes. Or even homeoffice. The given costs include internet, electricity, a gardener, water and so on…

The house is 3 min away from the Aare river, with the city center, railway station and the old town all in reach of about 8 min.

The room (13.4m2) can be rented immediately. And if interested: The bed, wardrobe and office desk can be purchased for 100 Swiss francs.
