We are offering a spacious room in a shared flat near the Lion Monument. The rent is 745 CHF/month (730 CHF all included + 15 CHF Wi-Fi). The flat is very well connected: just a 12-minute walk to the train station, and bus stops 1 and 19 are right in front of the building. The room is furnished (deposit of 500 CHF, which will be returned by the next tenant) and will be available from September 5th.


Who would you live with:
You would be sharing the flat with two young (and very kind ;)) professionals: Victor is a 27yo french material engineer from France working at Pilatus and Luis is a 25yo spanish biomedical engineer working at Roche. We both enjoy sports, hiking, and occasionally having a beer together.


What we are looking for:
Someone friendly and easy-going who enjoys a balance between social moments and quiet time. It’s very important for us that everyone respects each others rest and sleep aswell! If you also like hiking or a casual beer, thats definitely a plus!
