About the flat:

The apartment is well-located, fully furnished in the common areas, and equipped with everything you need for comfortable daily living. The available room is private and currently unfurnished — however, there is some furniture available for sale (not visible in the pictures), in case you're interested. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have a shared living space. A washing machine is available, and the building is quiet and well-maintained. The apartment is located 10min walking (or 2min biking) to the Migros/Coop and to Lenzburg train station.


Who you’d be living with:

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Armand (27, French and Swiss) an engineer for a mountaineering company. He’s often in the outdoors, climbing, mountaineering, ski touring, cycling, etc. You will also share the apartment with Marcel (27, German), who works in consulting. He is interested in football, biking and travelling. We’re both easy-going, clean, respectful, and enjoy a good conversation after work. Whether it’s a shared dinner or a relaxed evening, we appreciate a friendly and warm home atmosphere.


Who we're looking for:

We’re looking for someone around our age, ideally with a fixed work contract, planning to stay mid to long-term and who can speak english. If you’re positive, tidy, respectful, and value a peaceful and sociable living environment, we’d love to hear from you!! :)
