I am looking for someone to take over my
spacious room in a shared apartment
in the heart of
Wiedikon
from the
first week of October 2025
(ideally 02.10).

The room will be rented with an unlimited contract, with
minimum duration of 6 months.


We are looking for a young professional or part-time student (20 - 30 years old), which speaks English. You need to be employed or soon to be employed to be considered for the room (part time is ok). Ideally you are a young social person that also likes to chill with flatmates, so please tell us a little bit about yourself with your application.

The apartment is very well connected to all you need: Zurich Wiedikon train station is only 5 minutes away walking, allowing you to reach Zurich main station in less than 15’ and the airport in 20’. Moreover, trams 2-3-9-14 and buses 32-72 are a few minutes away as well as supermarkets (Coop and Lidl) and many restaurants and bars.


About the room & apartment:

The flat is shared with 2 other tenants, one male from Italy and one female from Poland, both around 25-30.
Your room comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, two night tables, a desk for home office, a couch, a wardrobe and a shelving unit.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, boiler and coffee machine. The unit also offers a washing machine and a dryer in the basement, and dedicated area for bike parking.

The rent includes the room, leasing of the furniture, all the ancillary expenses (nebenkosten, electricity, water, heating), high-speed internet and weekly cleaning of common areas.

Few applicants will be selected and a viewing will be organised in mid-September.
