Our international shared apartment of nine is looking forward to meeting you! We're a diverse group (4 female, 5 male, ages 21–35) looking for a friendly new flatmate to move in starting February 1, 2026.
The Room & Rent
You'll get a sunny, unfurnished room that is 16.50 m². If you like, the existing furniture can be taken over for free, making your move-in easy. The rent is CHF 633.14 per month. It covers electricity, water, heating, Serafe fees, and fast internet.
Location & Shared Spaces
Our location is super central, just a short 5-minute walk from Stadelhofen train station. You'll share our large kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms and two toilets. But here's a major bonus for a flat of our size: each room has its own sink. 😊
Our Flat Life
We're an international bunch, so we mainly communicate in English or German or a mix of both. Our flat is made up of working professionals and students. Because we all have different work and study schedules, we're a very relaxed and non-obligatory community. You won't find mandatory weekly dinners here. However, respectful and pleasant cohabitation is key to us. We’ve all worked together to create a short description of our “ideal home for this shared apartment,” which you can find at the very bottom of this ad (one of the pic.).
Who We're Looking For
Since one of our flatmates in their 30s is moving out, we're preferably looking for someone aged 27–37 to keep the age balance comfortable.
