I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room in a 2 person WG.

There is one shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony.
The room is partly furnished but if you wish to furnish it yourself that’s fine too.
There is one bigger, and one smaller room. It’s open to discussion which one you would like to occupy (CHF 850 for the smaller room, CHF 940 for the bigger one)
It’s 10 mins walking distance to the Baden train station or a bus stop right outside the house. It’s also 10 mins walking distance to the Limmat.

The neighbourhood is generally quiet and the apartment block is directly across from the forest (forest views from all windows).

Lastly, we would ask the new flatmate to take over the rental contract as the main tenant.

About your future flatmate:
I’m a 33 year old woman currently working on my PhD in literature at UZH. I go to Zurich often during the week for work or to hang out with friends, but I also enjoy spending time at home watching movies and hanging out with my cat. I am vegan and prefer to live in a meat-free home but am otherwise fine with living with someone who is not vegan. My hobbies include knitting, crocheting, cooking, writing, playing games (especially D&D), and spending time in nature. I would love to live with someone who I can hang out with but am also happy to enjoy our own space. I’m from the U.S. and am, sadly, only fluent in English, though I’m also very, very mediocre in German and Albanian. Applicants should be LGBTQ+ friendly and especially cat friendly.
