It is a 2 bedroom apartment but the main tenant is working in Basel (she is from Poland and an eye doctor) so she rents one of the rooms. She only visits some of the weekends (for example she is not at the apartment for 2 weekends April) so the apartment will be like yours during the weekdays.

The rent is 1400 including the bills, furniture and internet (only for female candidates)

There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment, also a laundry room, storage rooms and car parking at the apartment. It has a huge balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains!

There is a Tram 9 stop in front of the apartment and Tram 7 stop on the next street.

In 5 minutes walking there is Schwamendingerplatz where you can find Coop, Migros and Denner; as well as library, pharmacy, pub, restaurant and cafe. And in 10 minutes of walking there is a forest where you can spend time!

The room is rental until from now end of June with possible extension until September, so it would be a good chance to look for a permanent apartment in the meantime.
