Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein schönes, helles Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zur ZHAW (Technikum). Die Lage ist ideal für Studierende – in wenigen Gehminuten bist du auf dem Campus.


Zur Wohnung / zum Haus:


* Bad und zwei WCs befinden sich auf dem Stockwerk und werden mit drei Mitbewohnenden geteilt.
* Die Küche liegt im Erdgeschoss und wird gemeinsam mit dem gesamten Haus genutzt.
* Die Küche dient gleichzeitig als Aufenthaltsraum und bietet Platz für gemütliches Zusammensitzen.



Möbel:

Ein Schreibtisch, ein Bett (Paletten mit zwei Matratzen) sowie ein Stuhl können bei Interesse übernommen werden.


Wichtig:

Die Kaution beträgt CHF 1200.– und ist an die WOKO zu bezahlen.

About the room / house:


* One bathroom and two separate toilets are located on the same floor and are shared with three other flatmates.
* The kitchen is on the ground floor and is shared with the entire house.
* The kitchen also serves as a common area and offers space to socialize and spend time together.


Furniture:

A desk, a bed (pallet base with two mattresses), and a chair can be taken over if desired.


Important:

The deposit is CHF 1200 and must be paid to WOKO.
