Es handelt sich um ein vollständig möbliertes, 16 m² grosses, helles Zimmer im oberen Stock einer Maisonettewohnung. Das Zimmer hat einen Parkettboden und eine Fensterwand. Es ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Nachttisch und Kommode, wobei noch genügend Platz für einen Pult vorhanden ist.

Die Wohnung wurde 2010 gebaut und nach Minergie-Standard ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Bodenheizung und eine zentrale Lüftung. Es gibt zwei WCs sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie Wohnzimmer und Küche/Esszimmer sind voll ausgestattet. Ein Geschirrspüler ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im gleichen Gebäude befinden sich ein grosser Coop und ein Aldi, und im Gebäude nebenan gibt es ein PureGym. Der Bahnhof und die Post sind 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 9 Minuten am HB.

Du wirst einen Mitbewohner haben. Er ist 31 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Software Engineer in Zürich. Unter der Woche geht er gerne ins Gym, und sonst geht er gerne mit Freunden etwas trinken oder an den See. Ausserdem verreist er sehr gerne und ist daher relativ oft ausser Haus.

Am Wochenende ist er gerne an Techno-Events oder macht das pure Gegenteil und verbringt das ganze Wochenende ruhig zu Hause. Er ist eine aufgeschlossene und unkomplizierte Person mit sehr viel WG-Erfahrung. Wichtig wäre einfach, dass du eine ordentliche und saubere Person bist und vor allem Badezimmer, Küche und die gemeinsam genutzten Räumlichkeiten aufgeräumt hältst.

This is a fully furnished, bright 16 m² room located on the upper floor of a maisonette apartment. The room has a parquet floor and a full window wall. It is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and dresser, while still leaving enough space for a desk.

The apartment was built in 2010 and equipped according to the Minergie standard. All rooms have underfloor heating and a central ventilation system. There are two toilets and one bathroom with a shower. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment.

The shared areas, such as the living room and the kitchen/dining area, are fully equipped. A dishwasher is also available. In the same building there is a large Coop and an Aldi, and in the building next door there is a PureGym. The train station and the post office are a 3-minute walk away. By S-Bahn, Zurich main station can be reached in 9 minutes.

You will have one roommate. He is 31 years old and works as a software engineer in Zurich. During the week he enjoys going to the gym, and otherwise likes going out for drinks with friends or spending time at the lake. He also enjoys travelling a lot and is therefore relatively often away from home.

On weekends he either goes to techno events or does the exact opposite and spends the whole weekend relaxing at home. He is an open-minded and uncomplicated person with a lot of shared-flat experience. The only important thing is that you are a tidy and clean person and that you keep shared spaces such as the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas clean and organised.
