The flat (90m2) a modern kitchen and a big living room to hang out and watch movies. It is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with two balconies (one of them having lake view).

The flat is at walking distance to the lake, bus (Seerose) and tram stop (Wollishoferplatz) with connections to HB (20min), Paradeplatz (15min) and various supermarkets (10min).
Also great location if you have a car, close to the high way and a lot of blue zone parking.
