As I am moving my room will become available roughly as of September 20th/ Oktober 1st. The apartment is on the third floor of a beautiful old building with high ceilings and original wooden floors. There are three bedrooms and one living room and the building shares a nice backyard. The rent will be 1560 including water and heating but excluding energy and internet etc. The three of us are young professionals between 26 and 33 and we are looking for someone that fits in here :)
