• Zwei Badezimmer: eines mit Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC; das andere mit Waschbecken und WC
• Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen
• Gemeinsamer Waschraum im Keller mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler (für das ganze Haus)
• Wenn Du einen Parkplatz benötigst, dies lässt sich ebenfalls organisieren

Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zug / Metalli entfernt.

Über mich:
Ich bin ein 45-jähriger Mann, spreche Deutsch und Englisch und arbeite in Steinhausen. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne wandern, ins Fitnessstudio, Skifahren und schaue Tennis und Fußball.

Miete:
Die monatliche Miete beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Serafe, WLAN).

Gesucht wird:
Eine respektvolle Person (m/w) mit einem ähnlichen Lebensstil.

I’m subletting one furnished room in a spacious and bright 3.5-room, 2-bathroom apartment. The room includes a bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, cupboard, and a working desk.

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and more
• Two bathrooms: one en-suite with bathtub, sink, and toilet; the other with sink and toilet
• Balcony with table and chairs
• Shared laundry room in the cellar with washing machine and tumble dryer (used by the whole house)
• Located ~15 minutes on foot from Zug train station / Metalli
• If you need parking, this is also negotiable

About Me:
I'm a 45-year-old male, fluent in German and English, from Germany and already 16 years living in Zug. Currently I work in Steinhausen. I enjoy hiking, skiing, going to the gym, and watching tennis and football.

Rent:
The monthly rent includes all utilities and charges (water, electricity, Serafe, Wi-Fi).
