Hoi zäme!
In unserer schönen 5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neuenhof wird ein Zimmer frei – direkt mit Blick auf die Limmat. Wir sind aktuell zu dritt, eine Person zieht aus, also suchen wir wieder eine dritte Person für unsere WG.
Wir (zwei Jungs, beide 28) sind eher unkompliziert, schätzen ein sauberes Zuhause und ein entspanntes Miteinander. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, ausser das freie Zimmer. Es liegt auf der Limmatseite, also perfekte Aussicht inklusive.


Was dich erwartet:



* Wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Limmat, ruhig & grün
* Bahnhof Wettingen ca. 8 Min. zu Fuss, Bushaltestelle 3 Min., Lidl & Fitness ca. 10 Min.
* Mit dem Zug in 25 Minuten am HB Zürich
* Alle Räume (ausser private Zimmer) stehen zur Mitbenutzung
* Putzfrau kommt alle zwei Wochen (mittwochs)
* WLAN, Waschmaschine & Tumbler vorhanden
* Einzug wäre ab 01.08.2025 möglich, nach Absprache auch schon ab 1. Mai (je früher, desto besser)
* Tiefgaragenplatz kann bei Bedarf gemietet werden

Hey everyone!

A room in our beautiful 5-room apartment in Neuenhof is becoming available – with a direct view of the Limmat river. We’re currently three people, one is moving out, so we’re looking for a new third flatmate.
We’re two easygoing guys, both 28, who appreciate a clean home and a relaxed vibe. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the available room. It’s on the Limmat side – so the view is amazing!

What to expect:



* Beautiful, quiet and green location right by the Limmat
* Wettingen train station ~8 min walk, bus stop 3 min, Lidl & gym ~10 min
* 25 minutes to Zurich HB by train
* All shared spaces (except private rooms) can be used by everyone
* Cleaning lady comes every two weeks (on Wednesdays)
* Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer available
* Move-in possible from
01.08.2025
, or
as early as May 1st
if needed – the sooner, the better
* Underground parking space can be rented if needed
