I’m subletting my room in Winterthur this summer and looking for someone to take it over.

🏠 Address: Wartstrasse 6, 8400 Winterthur
🚉 2 min walk to the train station
⏱ 15 min to Zürich Stadelhofen, 19 min to Zürich HB
💰 Rent: 960 CHF/month (all included)
📅 Dates: June 15 to September 1 (flexible move-in)

The house is spacious and comfortable, with a private terrace for relaxing or working outside.
The room is furnished with a monitor and a standing desk — ideal setup if you're working or studying remotely.

Must be:
● Non-smoker
● preferably someone open that enjoys social evenings together every now and then

About us: We are Obada (M, 25) since 3 years in this flat & Michaela (F,26) since a few months, we enjoy doing different sports regularly, movie evenings or board games every now and then.
