The room is a 16m2 room in a 4.5 apartment. In the picture you can see it in the bottom right (small room without a balcony). The apartment is located at the 3rd floor and there is a spacious elevator to reach the room.

The room is fully furnished with everything you see in the picture (this includes the 2 desk, the wardrobe, the bed and the 2 sidebed tables). The house is also fully furnished with a renewed kitchen. The room was painted in January 2022 and the floor was renewed in March 2025.

We are not champions of spotless cleaning but happy to change the rules. However, be happy as the rent include also the cleaning of the common rooms once a month.

The subleasing is temporary lasting until November 30th 2025. Possibility of extension or take over the room contract if we both are happy.
The landlord is RoomEstate which will evaluate the profile and the source of income of the candidate. They usually don't allow people older than 40yo.

You will share the apartment with Zolt (30yo) and Manuel (26yo) which speaks both German and English. Is a rather quite apartment without much social life and leaning towards introversion.
