Wir suchen für April bis Juni eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG!

Lage & ÖV-Anbindung:

Unsere Wohnung ist super an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden: Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen, die Tramstation Kloten Balsberg in 10 Minuten und die S-Bahn-Linie S7 in 8 Minuten. Die Fahrt zur ETH Zentrum / Uni und zum Hönggerberg dauert etwa 35 Minuten.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:

Aldi, Spar und Migros befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Zimmer:

Das Zimmer ist 17 m² groß, hell und ruhig. Du hast direkten Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick in den Wald. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.

Die Wohnung:

Unsere Wohnung hat eine separate Küche, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Zudem gibt es einen großen, gemütlich eingerichteten Balkon. Zur Wohnung gehören auch ein Kellerabteil, ein Estrichabteil und ein Veloraum.

Über uns:

Wir, Christelle (23) und Noah (21), studieren Umweltwissenschaften bzw. Informatik an der ETH. Wir kochen gerne mal gemeinsam vegetarisches Znacht, genießen aber auch unsere Freiräume. Noah geht gerne joggen und Christelle engagiert sich ehrenamtlich in der Jubla.

Wen wir suchen:

Du solltest aufgeschlossen und ordentlich sein. Wenn du Lust auf ein gemütliches Zusammenleben hast und zudem sauber sowie zuverlässig bist, bist du bei uns genau richtig! :)

We are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment from April to June!

Location & Public Transport:

Our apartment is well connected to public transport: Several bus stops are just 3 minutes away, the Kloten Balsberg tram station is 10 minutes away, and the S7 train line is an 8-minute walk. It takes about 35 minutes to reach ETH Zentrum / University and Hönggerberg.

Shopping options:

Aldi, Spar, and Migros are nearby.

The Room:

The room is 17 m², bright, and quiet. You have direct access to the balcony with a view of the forest. The room is unfurnished.

The Apartment:

The apartment has a separate kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a large, comfortably furnished balcony. Additionally, the apartment includes a cellar, an attic compartment, and a bicycle room.

About Us:

We, Christelle (23) and Noah (21), are studying environmental sciences and computer science at ETH. We enjoy cooking vegetarian dinners together but also value our personal space. Noah likes jogging, and Christelle volunteers at Jubla.
