Available from October a room in a shared apartment in Via Trevano 74 Lugano

The apartment is located in the north of Lugano in a strategic position, close to USI and SUPSI (15 min walk), supermarkets (Migros,Coop,Denner and Lidl), bar and restaurant.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen and a large terrace, and a bathroom.
The monthly rent is CHF 575 all included: tax for trash,TV, Wi-Fi and utilities.
THE APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE THE MAIN TENANT CONTRACT, currently under my name.
The flat will be shared with two other young room-mates: one girl (Larissa, 24) currently working in Locarno and a boy (Luca, 30) currently working in Lugano.
Ideally we are looking for a similar profile (master student or young worker) to share the apartment.
Hereby further details about the accommodation:
- Deposit of 1300 CHF (Will be given back at the end of the stay)
- Furnitures 450 CHF (Will be recovered when the next person will take the room)
- Internal parking space available for car (+150 CHF) or bikes / trottinette
