a 15min a piedi al lago
a 20min a piedi in centro di Lugano

L affitto è di 660CHF (con internet) + la bolletta di elettricità che arriva ogni 3 mesi (ca. 45CHF per 3 mesi)

L appartamento ha un bagno, una cucina, un salotto, un balcone e due camere da letto. C è anche una cantina e nel cortile c è posto per mettere le biciclette. La camera da letto è luminosa. È da concordare con l?attuale coinquilina se e quali mobili possono eventualmente essere acquistati da lei.
La lavatrice è in comune con il condominio.

Sono Daniela, una dottoranda e lavoratrice e cerco una persona (lavoratore/trice, dottorando/a; è richiesto da parte del proprietario un contratto di lavoro per poter garantire di essere in grado di sostenere le spese dell appartamento) che abbia esperienza di convivenza. Mi piace condividere qualche pasto o chiacchera con mio/a coinquilino/a, senza essere invadente. Sono una persona tranquilla, ma sempre interessata a conoscere nuove persone. Preferisco convivere con una persona che non fuma, ma nel caso volesse fumare, l?appartamento ha un bel balcone con tante piante in cui chiederei di fumare.

1min from the bus stops of buses to the center, to the station and other areas such as Manno
a 15min walk to the lake
a 20min walk to the center of Lugano

The rent is 660CHF (including internet) + the electricity bill that comes every 3 months (ca. 45CHF for 3 months).
The apartment has a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony and two bedrooms. There is also a cellar and in the courtyard there is room for bicycles. It has to be discussed with the current flatmate if and which furniture might be bought from her.
The washing machine is shared with the condominium.

I am Daniela, a doctoral student and worker and I am looking for a person (worker, Ph.D. student; an employment contract is required from the landlord so that he/she can ensure that he/she is able to meet the expenses of the apartment) who has experience in living together. I like to share a few meals or chats with my flatmate, without being pushy. I am a calm person, but always interested in meeting new people. I prefer a person who does not smoke, but in case he/she wants to smoke, the apartment has a nice balcony with many plants. We can talk to each other in Italian, English, German or Spanish.
