Ciao! Mi chiamo Sara, ho 39 anni e vivo in un appartamento di 4 stanze al pianterreno di una casa privata, insieme ai miei due gatti. Ho sempre vissuto con coinquilini fin dai tempi dell'università. Attualmente lavoro da casa in modalità home office, ma probabilmente dal mese prossimo tornerò a lavorare in ufficio. La stanza che offro è piccola ma completamente arredata.
L'appartamento è composto da altre due stanze (una è la mia, l'altra è per gli ospiti), un salotto, una cucina e un bagno. Il prezzo è di 530 CHF al mese e include le spese: elettricità, lavatrice, billag, tassa sui rifiuti. La stanza può essere affittata anche solo per uno o due mesi. È l'ideale per chi si sta trasferendo in Svizzera per lavoro o studio. Possibili aspetti da considerare: vivo con due gatti anziani, di 15 e 18 anni. Sono adorabili, ma ogni tanto uno dei due miagola nel cuore della notte. Se hai il sonno leggero non è l'ideale. Inoltre, non c'è possibilità di parcheggio. Non ho TV ne WIFI.

A couple of things to keep in mind: I live with two elderly cats, aged 15 and 18. They're sweet, but one of them occasionally meows during the night. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Unfortunately, there is no parking available.No TV and WIFI.
