Jan/Feb(flexible) to May

Hi everyone!
We are looking for a new roommate for a subrent in our WG at Universitatstrasse!

It's a big, spacious 6.5 room apartment where Winand, Damian and Elena moved in recently. It's close to the university, and right in front of the 9 and 10 tram stop Haldenbach. The bathroom shown in the pictures is shared between Winand, Elena and soon maybe you :)
You would have 1.5 room (pic 1: big room divided in two by shelves between you and Elena and pic 2: room with also private entrance from the building)

The architecture of this flat is a bit weird and we always question these choices. We like to chat and share moments together like dinners, movie nights, wine Tuesdays and boardgames. Damian and Winand are both Belgian software engineers while Elena is a German doing a PhD in biology, everyone is around 26 (ok I don't know everyone's exact age...) and speak English + Romanian/German/Dutch/Italian (depending who)

There's a coop and migros a few minutes walk away. We have a basement and also a small garden!

Ideally the subrent would be until 30th April with flexible start date (end of January to beginning of February). Please send us a message if that would be of interest for you :)
