Hello!

We are two students in our mid 20 and looking for a new flatmate! :)
The room is very bright arrond 14m2, has a private access to the balcony and the apartment is very centrally located. You can reach Zurich Main Station or ETH Zentrum in about 20 minutes, and ETH Hönggerberg in around 30 minutes.
Shops, tram stop and bus stop are right infront of the building and the apartment includes a private washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The large balcony overlooks a green area and a small river.
We value a clean home with a positive and easygoing atmosphere.
