- It is a quiet and bright (facing east) room with huge windows receiving morning sun.
- It comes fully furnished (bed, adjustable desk, dresser, chair, TV... all at 660CHF) ready to move in!

- It is located in Turbinenstrase 31, 8005.
- It is a 7th floor with elevator (so great views and plenty of light)
- 4.5 rooms and a total of 120m2
- The flat has spacious a Kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms with washing machine and dryer, balcony, storage room and private basement
- The flat is furnished
- Underground parking space can be rented
- Parking for visitors available for free
- The flat is well connected as it is 4min walking to Hardbrucke train station
- All amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, tram stop, train station, bars, restaurants, Limmat…) nearby
- Electricity, TV and internet bills to add on top

- We also invite friends/family for dinner or to stay over from time to time
- We like to keep common areas clean and tidy
