Da unser Mitbewohner auszieht, sind wir nun auf der Suche nach einem Nachfolger für ein geräumiges Neubau-Zimmer mit hohen Decken und einem privaten en Suite Badezimmer (6qm). Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 15,5qm gross hat bodentiefe Fenster und einen kleinen Balkon/Austritt.

Apartment-Informationen: 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung (122 m2); Miete: 1883 CHF (inklusive Nebenkosten), Internet nicht inbegriffen (13,33 CHF pro Monat); Blick auf den Üetliberg; geräumige Loggia; sehr hohe Decken, bodentiefe Fenster und sehr hell. Kellerabteil und Fahrradstellplätze im Hof.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage des Gebäudes (6ter Stock; Gebäude hat einen modernen Lift).

Dort wirst du mit zwei jungen Berufstätigen zusammen wohnen:
Christian (26) kommt aus Deutschland. Er ist letztes Jahr nach dem Studium nach Zürich gezogen und arbeitet hier als Architekt. Er geht gerne in die Natur wandern und ist Eishockeyfan.
Chan (34) kommt aus Südkorea, ist nach seinem Doktoratsstudium in Kalifornien vor zwei Jahren nach Zürich gezogen, arbeitet als Postdoc an der ETH, macht Yoga und geht gerne auf klassische Konzerte.

Das Zimmer selbst ist unmöbliert. Die restliche Wohnung ist möbliert und gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine & Trockner (können 7 Tage die Woche benutzt werden), eine gut ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen, Dampfgarer, Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, Pfannen, Töpfe, Tisch, Stühle), Sofas auf der Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer, Fernseher, etc. Die Wohnung hat 2 moderne Badezimmer und wird alle 2 Wochen von einer Reinigungskraft geputzt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage in Zürich Hardbrücke, etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Hardbrücke entfernt, der alle 5 Minuten Züge zum HB hat. Zusätzlich zum Bahnhof Hardbrücke, gibt es auch viele gute Bus- und Straßenbahnverbindungen (Tram 4 und 8; Bus 33, 72, 83). 3 Coop-Läden befinden sich innerhalb von 4 Gehminuten, davon 1 Coop Pronto der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Es gibt viele Essensmöglichkeiten im Umkreis der Wohnung (auch spät nachts, z.B. Kebabs), aber die Umgebung selbst ist sehr ruhig. Guter Zugang zur Limmat für eine Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen :)
Die Gegend ist ziemlich modern und größtenteils von Expats, jungen Berufstätigen und jungen Familien bewohnt.

Room with private bathroom in a shared flat for 3 people in Zurich's Pfingstweidareal (8005) in a spacious, modern flat with high ceilings - 3 minutes from Hardbrücke station (1883 CHF including utilities)

As our flatmate is moving out, we are now looking for a successor for a spacious adjoining room with high ceilings and a private en suite bathroom (6sqm). The room itself is about 15,5 square metres and has floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony/exit.

Flat information: 4.5 room flat (122 m2); rent: 1883 CHF (including utilities), internet not included (13,33 CHF per month); view of the Üetliberg; spacious loggia; very high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and very bright. Cellar compartment and bicycle parking spaces in the courtyard.
Our flat is located on the top floor of the building (6th floor; building has a modern lift).

You will be living with two young professionals:
Christian (26) is from Germany. He moved to Zurich last year after finishing his studies and works here as an architect. He enjoys hiking in the countryside and is an ice hockey fan.
Chan (34) is from South Korea, moved to Zurich two years ago after completing his doctorate in California, works as a postdoc at ETH, does yoga, and enjoys going to classical music concerts.

The room itself is unfurnished. The rest of the flat is furnished and well equipped: Washing machine & dryer (can be used 7 days a week), a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, steamer, dishwasher, induction cooker, pans, pots, table, chairs), sofas on the terrace and in the living room, TV, etc.
The flat has 2 modern bathrooms and is cleaned every 2 weeks by a cleaner.

The flat is in a prime location in Zurich Industriequartier, about 3 minutes walk from Hardbrücke station, which has trains to the main station every 5 minutes. In addition to Hardbrücke station, there are also many good bus and tram connections (tram 4 and 8; bus 33, 72, 83). There are 3 Coop and one Lidl shops within a 4-minute walk, including 1 Coop Pronto which is open until 10pm. There are many food options around the flat (including late night, e.g. kebabs), but the neighbourhood itself is very quiet. Good access to the Limmat for a refreshment on hot summer days :)

The neighbourhood is quite modern and mostly inhabited by expats, young professionals and young families.
