Die aktuellen Mieter sind sehr ordentliche und umgängliche junge berufstätige Männer.
Es ist wichtig, dass die Interessenten ebenfalls grossen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung legen, so dass sich alle wohl fühlen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grosses Wohnzimmer (siehe Bild) und ein Esszimmer. Die Fotos sind vom Einzug im Oktober, unmöbliert. Eine Grundausstattung an Möbeln ist auf Wunsch vorhanden, wenn auch keine Deluxe-Möbel. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden, so dass man draussen rauchen kann. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Die Allgemeinräume werden alle zwei Wochen durch mich gereinigt, so dass Ihnen bewusst sein muss, dass ich die Wohnung betrete. Im Preis sind ebenfalls die Nebenkosten sowie Wlan und Kleinigkeiten (Verbrauchssachen wie WC-Papier) inbegriffen.
Aktuell gab es einen Rohrbruch über der Wohnung, so dass gelegentlich Handwerker in der Wohnung ein und ausgehen.
Ein Bus fährt vor der Haustüre alle 30 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Ein Fahrrad zur Benützung ist vorhanden.
Gerne können Sie die Zimmer befristet oder auch dauerhaft mieten. Bei Schlüsselübergabe ist jedoch eine Mietkaution von zwei Monatsmieten fällig.

Bei Ihrer Bewerbung lege ich Wert darauf, zu verstehen, in welchem Alter Sie ungefähr sind und was Sie in die Gegend führt. Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass es sich um eine freundliche Zweck-WG, keinen Familienersatz, handelt. Standard-Anfragen ohne Informationen werden direkt abgelehnt.

Bei Schlüsselübergabe ist eine Sicherheitsleistung von 2 Monatsmieten notwendig. Das ist nicht verhandelbar.

A large room (see picture) is available in a shared flat with 3 parties for 900.

The current tenants are very tidy and sociable young working men.

It is important that the prospective tenants also attach great importance to cleanliness and tidiness so that everyone feels comfortable.

The flat has a large living room (see picture) and a dining room. The photos are from the move-in in October, unfurnished. Basic furniture is available on request, although no deluxe furniture. There is also a balcony, so you can smoke outside. Pets are not allowed.

The common areas are cleaned by me every fortnight, so you must be aware that I enter the flat. The price also includes utilities, wifi and small items (consumables such as toilet paper).

There is currently a burst pipe above the flat, so tradesmen occasionally go in and out of the flat.

A bus leaves from the front door every 30 minutes. The railway station is about 15 minutes' walk away. A bicycle is available for use.

You are welcome to rent the rooms on a temporary or permanent basis. However, a deposit of two months' rent is payable when the keys are handed over.
