Coop, Migros, Denner and shopping centre are all within a 5 minute walk. Hinterdorf Seen bus stop is 2 minutes away, Winterthur train station is 10 minutes away and Seen train station is 2 minutes away.

The room is about 8m**2 or larger and is connected to a spacious 20m**2 room, not insulated but also usable. It contains a bed, a bedside table, a clothes hanger and a small drawer, and more furniture can be added if necessary. The apartment itself is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything a student needs. We had originally planned to add a hot tub to the room, but given the challenges of finding accommodation in Zurich, renting seemed to be the wiser option. It is also not a purpose-built shared apartment.

We are looking for roommates (18-25) for this room, either female or male, but no unusual requirements. Criterias are:
You must be a cool, uncomplicated person who wants to party and keep a calm atmosphere.
You must value cleanliness, the apartment is almost always very clean, not a speck of dust flying (maybe only a little sometimes)
No weird requests like "Can I turn the kitchen into a gaming room", the answer is: "No!!! TF?"
