A room in our three-person flat (4.5 rooms) at Teufenerstrasse 114, St. Gallen, is available from 1 February to 31 July 2027 (Room 3 on the floor plan, first room in the pictures).

* Rent: CHF 600/month, including utilities and internet
* Room: over 18 m², largest room in the apartment
* Furniture: built-in wardrobe in the wall, separate wardrobe (currently not in the picture), bedside table and a 1.80 m wide bed (currently stored in the attic and only needs to be reassembled). The only things missing are a desk and chair if you want to study or work in your room (the desk in the picture is no longer in the flat).
* Apartment: 102 m², furnished common areas including living room with TV
* Facilities: renovated kitchen with dishwasher, renovated bathroom with private washing machine and tumble dryer, large balcony, high-speed fibre internet

* Bus no. 5 runs every 10 minutes directly to HSG (appr. 10min)

Flatshare & Living Together:
We are two male HSG students (24, MBF; 21, second-year Bachelor's student) looking for a male student for the spring semester of 2027.
We are a quiet, very tidy flatshare with a weekly cleaning schedule. We cook dinner together once a week and occasionally enjoy going out in the city. Otherwise, we value our personal space and mainly focus on our studies. We are looking for someone who also appreciates cleanliness, mutual respect and a relaxed atmosphere.
The room is available because the previous tenant discontinued his studies. Since our shared flat will end in summer 2027, the sublease is limited to six months. Ideal for HSG students spending one more semester in St. Gallen.
