Liebe Zimmersuchende (english version below),

ich suche für mein WG-Zimmer nahe drei Weieren einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin ab dem 01.02.2027.

Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und wird möbliert weitergegeben. Es gibt eine Küche mit angrenzendem Balkon, ein Bad mit Duschwanne sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sofaecke. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.

Aktuell wohnen 3 weitere Personen in der 5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Zwei Studierende sowie eine arbeitstätige Person (englisch- und deutschsprachig). Ich kann dir gerne mehr Infos zu den Mitbewohnern geben, wenn wir persönlich sprechen.

Die Möbel müssten für CHF 150 übernommen werden. Der Anteil an der Kaution beträgt CHF 847,50.

Dear Room Seekers,

I am looking for a new tenant for my shared apartment room near Drei Weieren, starting February 1, 2027.

The room is 16 m² and will be rented out furnished. There is a kitchen with an adjoining balcony, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a dining table and a sofa area. A washing machine is located in the basement.

Currently, 3 other people live in the 5-room apartment. Two students and one working person (English and German speakers). I’d be happy to give you more information about the roommates when we speak in person.

The furniture must be taken over for CHF 150. Your share of the security deposit is CHF 847.50.
