Hallo zusammen,
wir sind Ola und Max und auf der Suche nach 2 neuen Mitbewohnern zum 01.11. da dies eine Wg-Neugründung ist und selber erst zum 01.11 in die Wohnung können, haben wir keine besseren Fotos.
Kurz zu uns, ich bin 27 und mache mein PHD an der Uni. Ola hat jetzt ein Job in St. Gallen gefunden. Wir sind locker und offen und freuen uns auf gemeinsamen Kochabende, oder mal abends zu trinken.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, eine grosse Küche und einen grossen Flur.
Es ist noch ein grosses Zimmer mit etwa 20qm und eigenem Balkon für 630CHF frei und ein kleineres, etwa 12qm für 510CHF.
Die Wohnung ist auf der 2. Etage und es gibt einen Aufzug. Von der Singenbergstrasse ist man in wenigen Minuten am Stadtpark und am Zentrum. Zu Fuss braucht man 15 Minuten zur Universität.

we are Ola and Max and are looking for 2 new roommates on 01.11. Since this is a new flat share and we can only move into the apartment on 01.11, we don't have any better photos.
Briefly about us, I am 27 and am doing my PHD at the university. Ola has now found a job in St. Gallen. We are relaxed and open and look forward to cooking evenings together or going out for drinks.
The apartment has 4 rooms, a large kitchen and a large hallway.
There is still a large room with about 20 square meters and its own balcony available for 630CHF and a smaller one, about 12 square meters for 510CHF.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. From Singenbergstrasse you can reach the city park and the center in a few minutes. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the university.
